The price is all charges included, Internet connection, cable TV, access to laundry, weekly cleaning with change of linens.
The apartments are designed to accommodate one or two persons. On request, occasional visitors are welcome, but in the limit of the flatâs accommodation possibilities.
The apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING.
A rental contract is established between the owner and the tenant. It can be consulted in advance on request. A rental deposit of € 900 is required for stays beyond one month. For stays of one month, the amount is € 500. The rental deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, if the apartment is left in its original condition. The payment of the rent and of the rental deposit are requested upon arrival.
Payment: by bank transfer or cash.
